Last night, a few minutes after Trevor went to bed, he opened his door. He does this a lot, and I never really know why. It wasn't unusual.
A few minutes later, I got up. At that time, I noticed he had thrown two toys out of his room: an alligator towel and Brucie the shark. Both could reasonably be classifed as scary toys.
This morning, I asked him why he through those toys out of his room. He confirmed it. They're too scary. Tonight, I put the two toys back in his room, but I put them in a chair because I thought they would be hidden from view. I was wrong. Again tonight, a few minutes after I put him to bed, he opened his door and heaved the two scary toys out of his room.
